Refund Policy

At Faeb, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-built websites and digital solutions that are carefully crafted around each client’s specific requirements. The moment an order is placed, our production workflow begins immediately. Key resources such as domain registration, hosting setup, design preparation, planning, and development allocation are activated right away to ensure the project moves forward without delay. Because these processes start instantly and involve both technical infrastructure and human effort, they represent real, non-reversible investments made on behalf of the client from the very first stage. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances across all packages, domains, and hosting plans.

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In rare cases, Faeb may review a refund request at its sole discretion, but only if no technical or human resources have yet been consumed. Clients who believe their situation may qualify must contact us within twenty-four hours of placing their order. After receiving the request, our team will carefully assess the circumstances and provide a response within three working days, ensuring fair consideration while preserving the integrity of our workflow.

Refunds are never issued automatically and cannot be granted for delays caused by client-side factors such as late content submissions, extended response times, or incomplete project inputs. Likewise, once domain registration or hosting setup has been completed, these expenses become strictly non-refundable due to rigid third-party provider policies (such as Namecheap or Hostinger registries) that cannot be reversed.
