Refund Policy & Terms of Service

At Faeb, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-built websites and digital solutions carefully crafted around client requirements. The moment an order is placed, our production workflow begins immediately. Key resources—such as domain registration, hosting setup, design preparation, and development allocation—are activated right away. Because these processes start instantly and involve real non-reversible investments, Faeb operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once confirmed and paid, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

In rare cases, Faeb may review a refund request at its sole discretion, but only if no technical or human resources have yet been consumed. Clients who believe their situation qualifies must contact us within twenty-four hours of placing their order. Our team will assess the circumstances and provide a response within three working days. Refunds are never automatic and cannot be granted for client-side delays (e.g., late content submissions or extended response times) or non-refundable third-party costs like domain/hosting setup.

By accessing or placing an order through Faeb, you agree to be bound by these terms. Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Faeb reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or questionable activity.

Each website package includes domain registration for the first year (unless specified otherwise), hosting setup with SSL installation, agreed page development, on-page SEO, contact form and WhatsApp widget integration, and full administrative access upon handover. Timelines typically span 3-5 business days for landing pages and longer for custom applications, dependent on timely content delivery from the client.

All client-provided content remains the property of the client. Design, structure, and code produced by Faeb are licensed to the client upon full payment. Faeb may display anonymized portfolio previews unless requested otherwise in writing. Basic handover support is included; ongoing maintenance is available via separate service plans.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all website content complies with legal and ethical standards. Faeb is not liable for unlawful activities, third-party provider outages (such as Hostinger, Razorpay, or Namecheap), or API failures beyond our control. Continued use of our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms and any future updates.
